Please Note:
1) To sign up for OFSC Member Benefi ts and get your magazine subscription, you must also complete Section III of the application.
2) Only orders completed by 11:59:59 PM, December 1, 2010 will qualify for the $200 Full Season Permit fee.
What You Need to Buy Your Seasonal Permit...
• A valid Visa or Mastercard – no other form of payment is accepted.
• Sled ownership information including VIN (Vehicle Identifi cation Number).
• A valid email address for transaction confi rmation.
• The name of the OFSC club, association or district you wish to support with your trail permit purchase (site includes a club identifi er map).

Can I purchase any permit type?
• This online application order form is for Full Season Permits Only. For information regarding all other permit types, visit the OFSC web site at:
http://www.ofsc.on.ca/Permits/CostPlacementTypes.asp.
• Please note – that permits purchased are not returnable or refundable.

What are the shipping and handling fees?
• Permit orders placed through this site and delivered to Canadian residents are assessed a $10 shipping & handling fee for the first permit and an additional $2 for each of the 2nd and 3rd permits (maximum 3 permits shipped per order).
• Permits purchased and delivered to US residents are assessed a $20 shipping & handling fee for the fi rst permit and an additional $2 for each of the 2nd and 3rd permits (maximum 3 permits shipped per order).
How secure is this site?
• Like other reputable online transaction sites, the OFSC Online Permit Sales web site is secure, confidential and private. This site and fulfillment process were created to meet Government of Ontario privacy and risk standards.
Why is so much information required in this online application?
• MTO requires this online transaction to include all the same information that is contained in the traditional “paper” application for trail permits.
• As in the paper application, the permit purchaser must acknowledge having read and agreed to all MTO requirements.
• Please note – this application is NOT your trail permit. Your permit(s) will be delivered to you following the successful completion and submission of the application.
When will my permit(s) be delivered?
• Following notifi cation to your email address that your transaction is complete, please allow 10-15 business days to receive your permit(s).
• You may wish to have your order delivered to another address during business hours, please specify this address when filling out your application. A signature is required.
• For your security, your permit delivery will be sent in Canada via Canada Express Post and UPS for deliveries to the US, and will require a signature for proof of delivery on receipt.
• Your permit will be sent from Fulfi llment & Distribution Centre, 470 Hardy Rd., Brantford, ON N3V 6T1. If you have not received your permit within 15 business days please contact by email only - ofsc_themarcocorporation.com.
• Please note – you will have the opportunity to print details of your transaction for your records prior to leaving the site.
